At A5 Legacy Scents, customer satisfaction is our top priority. Each fragrance is crafted and packaged with care to ensure you receive only the best quality.
However, if something goes wrong with your order, we’re here to help.
Eligibility for Returns or Exchanges
You may request a return, exchange, or refund if:
- You received the wrong product (different fragrance, size, or quantity).
- The product was damaged or leaked during delivery.
- The item is defective or expired.
To qualify:
- You must contact us within 24 hours of receiving your parcel.
- The item must be unused, sealed, and in its original packaging.
You must share clear photos or videos of the damaged/incorrect item and packaging as proof
Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and authenticity reasons, we do not accept returns in the following cases:
- Opened, used, or tested perfume bottles.
- Products purchased during sale events or with discount codes.
- Change of mind or personal dislike of fragrance notes (we recommend ordering tester sizes first).
Process for Return or Replacement

- Provide your order number, issue description, and proof (photo/video).
- Our team will review your claim within 2 working days.
- Once approved:
- A replacement will be shipped at no extra cost, or
- You may receive a refund or store credit, depending on your preference and case type.
Refund Method & Timeline
- For Prepaid Orders: Refunds will be made via Bank Transfer, Easypaisa, or JazzCash within 5–7 working days after approval.
- For Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders: Refunds will be issued as store credit or voucher (unless you provide bank details).
- Shipping fees (if any) are non-refundable, except in cases of damaged or incorrect items.
Order Cancellations
- You can cancel your order within 12 hours of placing it, as long as it hasn’t been shipped.
- Once dispatched, the order cannot be cancelled.
- Repeated cancellations or refusals of COD orders may lead to COD suspension for your account
Damaged or Missing Parcel Claims
If your package arrives damaged, leaked, or missing items, please report the issue within 24 hours of delivery with unboxing photos/videos.
Claims reported after this time will not be accepted due to courier liability limits.
