Shipping Coverage

We proudly deliver our premium fragrances across Pakistan, including all major cities and towns such as Karachi, Lahore, Islamabad, Rawalpindi, Peshawar, Faisalabad, Multan, Quetta, and more.

If you live in a remote or out-of-service area, our team will contact you to arrange an alternate delivery option.

Order Processing Time

• Orders are processed within –2 working days (Monday–Saturday).
• Orders placed after 4:00 PM or on Sundays/public holidays will be processed on the next working day.
• Once your order is dispatched, you will receive an SMS and/or WhatsApp update with your tracking details.

Shipping Time

• Major Cities (Karachi, Lahore, Islamabad, etc.): 2–3 working days

• Other Cities / Towns: 3–5 working days

• Remote Areas: 5–7 working days

Shipping Charges

• Standard Shipping: PKR 200 (for orders below PKR 3,000)
• Free Shipping: on all orders above PKR 3,000
• For bulk or corporate orders, shipping charges will be calculated separately.

Cash on Delivery (COD)

We offer Cash on Delivery (COD) service nationwide for your convenience.
There will be 4% Tax on All Cash on Delivery Orders

• Please ensure your contact number is active at the time of delivery.
• If you refuse a confirmed COD order without valid reason, you may be asked to pay a prepayment for future orders.

Prepaid Orders

Customers can also prepay via Bank Transfer, Easypaisa, or JazzCash.
Once payment is confirmed, your order will be shipped immediately.

Order Tracking

After dispatch, you’ll receive a tracking number via SMS or WhatsApp, allowing you to track your parcel on the courier’s website (e.g., Leopard Courier, TCS, or M&P).

Delays & Exceptions

Delivery may be delayed due to:

• Unforeseen courier issues or weather conditions
• Incorrect shipping address or contact details
• Peak seasons (e.g., Eid, Independence Day, or Mega Sale events)

Damaged or Missing Packages

If your parcel arrives damaged, leaked, or missing an item, please report within 24 hours of delivery with photo/video proof.
We’ll investigate and arrange a replacement or refund as per our Refund & Return Policy.
